Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Harper and Grace team within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  2. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receiving the returned item.

  4. In the case of damaged or faulty items, please provide photographic evidence within 30 days of receiving the order.

  5. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in the specified condition above.

  6. Please note that personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.
